Do high school students eat breakfast?

It is commonly known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, not everyone eats breakfast.


Many high schoolers don’t eat breakfast in the morning, but their reasons for not doing so vary. They range from not having time, to eating too early in the day making them sick.


Most high school students wake up late and end up rushing to get ready. They barely have time to get dressed and gather the things they need, let alone eat breakfast.


Of course, sometimes the reason is a lot more serious. Some people claim that if they eat too early in the day, it upsets their stomach.


Sydney Brown, a senior, says she doesn’t eat breakfast because, if she does, she feels sick the rest of the day.


Eating breakfast could probably help stimulate the brain to have a more productive and efficient learning day at school, but most students aren’t doing it.


Although there are still students that eat breakfast. Keora Anderson, another senior, says that “of course” she eats breakfast.
